Build. Modify. Expand.
vaQgrip Click brings modularity and scalability into real-world automation where production needs are constantly evolving. Its architecture, built from standardized Docks, Pods, Offsets, Hubs, and Reducers, allows gripping systems to be assembled, expanded, or adapted without the delays and complexity of traditional vacuum EOAT. Whether handling lightweight products in high-speed logistics, managing mixed SKUs in consumer goods, or lifting heavier loads in palletizing operations, vaQgrip Click enables automation teams to respond quickly to new demands. Its clean internal vacuum routing, tool-free reconfiguration, and compatibility with leading robots and vacuum cups make it ideal for industries such as food and beverage packaging, electronics assembly, automotive components, and distribution centers. Designed for flexibility, vaQgrip Click keeps production lines agile and future-ready without the need for custom rebuilds each time the process changes.

Parts of vaQgrip Click
Reducers
Reducers bridge between different frame sizes, allowing users to combine robust Frame 80 structures with lightweight Frame 65 tooling where needed, offering strength, precision, and flexibility in a single system.
Hubs
Hubs distribute vacuum from a Dock to multiple Pods using tubing, enabling more complex multi-arm or multi-zone gripper configurations. They maintain modularity while supporting scalable builds.
Docks
Docks interface directly with the robot flange and serve as the entry point for vacuum, either generated internally or routed from an external source.

Cups
Pods are compatible with vacuum cups from leading brands like Coval, Festo, FIPA, Gimatic, Piab, Schmalz, SMC, and VMECA. *Not part of the vaQgrip Click delivery scope.
Offsets
Offsets allow gripping points to be repositioned horizontally or vertically. They are ideal for reaching into tight spaces, case openings, or creating specialized layouts without sacrificing vacuum performance.
Pods
Pods hold suction cups and define gripping layouts. They connect directly to Docks, Offsets, or Reducers and eliminate external tubing at the cup level.

Robot compatibility
vaQgrip Click comes with URCap which enables it to plug and play with all models of Universal Robots.
vaQgrip Click comes with the industry standard Modbus RTU (RS-485). We chose one of the most fundamental communication protocols. This again is an intentional product design call that enables vaQgrip Click to be used for robots, cobots, gantries, or custom-designed machines.
One can use any globally available standard converters from RS-485 to other communication protocols such as TCP/IP, IO link, and so on to control the pneumatic tools.
