01 ROBOT LAYER
The robot is often the first decision in a palletizing project. Payload requirements, reach, pallet height, and available floor space all influence which robot is the right fit. cobotizur provides a standardized palletizing platform around the robot, so the rest of the deployment remains structured, clean, and repeatable.
02 HARDWARE LAYER
The hardware layer brings the physical system together. Instead of sourcing and integrating individual components from multiple suppliers, cobotizur organizes the palletizing cell around one standardized hardware platform.
The column, base, gripper, cable management, controller, HMI, sensors, and other accessories are designed to work together from the beginning. This creates a cleaner installation and makes the system easier to deploy, maintain, move, and repeat.
