Compact Design – Case Former
CM100 boasts an extremely small weight of 1350g, however, can handle cases up to 500 x 400 x 350 mm. CM100 is ideal with the increasing deployment of robots for case forming applications for the end-of-line automation in FMCG industry.

Parts of casemagiQ CM100
I/O Connector
Connect directly to the Tool I/O Port of Universal Robots (eSeries & CB3). For other robots, connect directly to the controllers and communicate over Modbus RTU.
Compressed Air Inlet
Connect just one pneumatic tube to actuate both the vacuum for suctions cups and pneumatic cylinder for the flap. Eliminate the need for multiple pneumatic tubes and wire packages running across the robot’s body.
Maintenance Hatch
Sensors installed on the pneumatic tool to know its state (open/close) can be connected directly to casemagiQ, avoiding need for lengthy wiring to the robot controller.
Robot Mounting Face
Mount the suitable Robot Coupler to interface casemagiQ with the specific robot.
Exhaust Port
Exhaust port with built-in silencers allows casemagiQ to be both silent and efficient.
Status Indicator
To indicate the functioning of casemagiQ and communication between casemagiQ and the robot.

Easily extend casemagiQ to form a wide range of cases up to

Laser Aligner
Easily align the casemagiQ CM100 during programming to align with the fold of the case to be able to fold perfectly.
Robot compatibility
casemagiQ CM100 comes with URCap which enables it to plug and play with all models of Universal Robots.
CM100 comes with the industry standard Modbus RTU (RS-485). We chose one of the most fundamental communication protocols. This again is an intentional product design call that enables casemagiQ to be used for robots, cobots, gantries, or custom-designed machines.
One can use any globally available standard converters from RS-485 to other communication protocols such as TCP/IP, IO link, and so on to control CM100.
