casemagiQ Station
Case Forming Station
casemagiQ Station is a fixed mechanical station used in robotic case erection systems. It folds the bottom flaps and seals cartons using an integrated folding station and taping head. Used with casemagiQ CM50 or CM100, which pick and erect flat cartons, the station completes the case erection process before the case moves further along the packaging line.

Completing the case erection process
casemagiQ Station folds and seals cartons after they are erected by casemagiQ CM50 or CM100. The station integrates an adjustable folding mechanism and taping head to complete the case before it continues along the packaging line. Its adjustable structure allows alignment with existing packaging lines and supports integration with conveyors and robot pedestal mounting.

Parts of casemagiQ Station
Inner Flap Folder
The Inner Flap Folder provides an angled surface where the erected carton is placed after being picked and opened by the casemagiQ CM100/CM50. It folds the inside flaps of the carton box before moving it on to the Outer Flap Folder.
Outer Flap Folder
The Outer Flap Folder folds the outer side of the carton flaps into position. It guides and presses the flaps to ensure proper folding as the carton moves toward the Taping Head.
Tape Loading Access Door
The Tape Loading Access Door provides access for changing tapes.
Taping Head
The Taping Head applies adhesive tape to seal the bottom flaps of the carton. The cobot moves the carton into the sealing position, ensuring consistent and secure bottom sealing as each carton passes through the station.
Grouting Points
The Grouting Points are used to fix the station to the floor with bolts. This keeps the station stable and prevents movement during operation.
Adjustable Legs
The Adjustable Legs allow the station height to be adjusted to match different conveyor heights or production line configurations.
Robot compatibility
casemagiQ Station is a passive mechanical device and does not require integration with robot controllers or software. It can be deployed within robotic case erection cells without additional control interfaces.
The station includes mounting provisions for installing an Impaqt Robotics Qik-mount pedestal. Using interchangeable robot mounting plates, the pedestal supports installation of robots from a wide range of manufacturers, enabling flexible system design across different robot platforms.
